Prices, availability and lead times quoted on this website or in correspondence are indicative until confirmed in writing.

4. Orders, payment and delivery

Orders become binding only once confirmed in writing by Diamonds Venture. Payment terms, currency, delivery terms (including the applicable Incoterms® rule), passage of risk and title, and shipping schedules are set out in the relevant contract. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including port congestion, carrier delays, customs inspections and regulatory changes.

5. Compliance and sanctions

We conduct business in accordance with applicable export control, customs, anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering and international sanctions laws. Clients must provide accurate end-user, end-use and destination information and must not request that goods be supplied to sanctioned parties or embargoed destinations. We may decline, suspend or cancel any transaction that we reasonably believe would breach applicable law.
